How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over €70 ship free.

Products

Are bulbs included with the lamps?
Bulbs are sold separately so you only buy them once — they fit every EVELUME sconce and ceiling light. Find them under Accessories.

Will the adhesive damage my wall?
No. We use high-grade mounting strips that peel off cleanly. Prefer a permanent install? Screws are included with every lamp.

Which walls can I mount on?
Painted walls, plaster, wood and most wallpaper. For brick or concrete, use the included screws with suitable plugs.

Returns & warranty

What if I don't love it?
You have 30 days to return your order for a full refund. Contact us and we'll sort it out.

Is there a warranty?
Yes — every EVELUME product comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
